ElectricRate Thesis Theme CustomizationWe moved ElecrticRate from a static HTML website to a WordPress powered site using the Thesis theme framework.

There were a lot of tables that had to be redesigned and recoded to be up to current standards. We also tweaked the logo a bit and added state icons.
